| Bio: | Farrago's Wainscot is a gallery of weirds, an almanac of experimentation, decay, and the problems with form. We present ideas: stories that estrange themselves, articles on anything from wormholes to haberdashery, poetry that makes of metaphor a transsubstantive sigh—a hesitation at the thresholds of contemporary consciousness and interstitial art.
We present the Wainscot as evidence of new ideas about artistic meaning. Expression need not necessarily mean anything anymore, insofar as it is coherent with itself on its own terms. Expression owes nothing to semiotics, and Farrago's Wainscot asserts that it need not point at anything but itself—that self being the most insubstantial target we can imagine.
